Summer If the plant is in a pot be sure to water frequently, especially terracotta pots as they dry out very quickly.

  • Mouthwash for toothache, use raw juice
  • Flavouring roasts, jellies, jams, drinks, and cakes.
  • Put flowers and leaves in water to keep it fresh on a picnic.
  • Lemon juice and honey for treating cold symptoms. Lemon helps to expel mucus.
  • Add lemon juice to a glass of water to aid digestion
