Very easy to grow in almost any conditions. I have one 6ft high. Easy to
propogate by cutting off a semi dead stem and turning it upside down in
a glass of water, leave it for 1-2 months, new shoots will appear which
can be repotted. Divide if they get too big and repot often. They can never
have too much water and are at their best when standing in water. |

Once you have mastered watering correctly these plants are fantastic and
one of the most popular of houseplants. Mine are watered once a week in
winter and twice in summer. They are both in an East facing window which
they love. Stick to the rules and you should be fine. We bought our first
Ficus 20 years ago, the year we got married and it is still wonderful. |
