General Information:
The atmosphere in your greenhouse should be much drier now as dampness and moisture will cause disease but make sure that the soil does not dry out completely. Plants generally will not die if the temperature is kept above freezing, they go into a hibernation mode of surviving and only growing very slowly if at all. Tropical plants will not survive continued cold and if your greenhouse has no heating then orchids and others should be brought inside. Double glaze your greenhouse with special quality bubble wrap if you have not already done so.

FLOWERS General Info Indoor cyclamen can now be revived with water after their summer rest.
There is still time to plant some hyacinth, daffodil or tulip bulbs either in pots or for a change plant them in a glass jar or bowl and watch the roots grow, these make good presents.
Dead head any flowers and check for dying leaves as this is where mould can form.
